Technical Service Manager – Property and Casualty

Reporting into the VP of P&C, the Technical Service Manager is a key resource to the property and casualty division of Cayman First. This role will support the Group’s business development philosophy and culture into CFI, transfer of knowledge with respect to certain lines of business and facilitate a closer integration of the Group’s operational resources on underwriting and business production matters. The incumbent will be regarded as a key resource on P&C transactional systems.

Group Insurance Administrator

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Group Insurance Administrator you will be responsible for accurately adding and amending member records on our group insurance operating System, processing new business documents, scanning and filing correspondence, reconciliation of monthly invoices, printing ID cards.
