We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Underwriter supporting the Property and Casualty department Personal Lines business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients with personal lines insurance policies, including auto and home coverage. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by addressing needs efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to providing a positive client experience while supporting the underwriting team.
The Risk Analyst is responsible for performing risk assessments, portfolio analysis, and technical pricing evaluations to support underwriting decisions and financial performance. Develops pricing models, Power BI dashboards, and management reports to monitor profitability, identify emerging risks, and support data-driven strategies. Ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration across departments.
As the Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for Cayman First and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. You will welcome guests, assist customers, and provide administrative support across the organization. This position also involves managing front-desk activities such as directing visitors, handling phone calls, managing company mail, processing customer payments, and coordinating internal office support functions.
