Group Account Specialist

The Group Account Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our group health clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and ensure the retention and satisfaction of our valued customers. They work closely with brokers and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-end processing of insurance receipts, accurately record payments in our insurance and accounting systems, and handle the printing of claims and general operating cheques. Additionally, you will assist in reconciling customer accounts and ensuring timely payment collection. This will involve regular communication with internal departments and follow-ups with clients. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Customer Service Agent (Cayman Brac)

As Customer Service Agent for health insurance, the successful candidate will work out of the Cayman Brac and provide direct service to customers, work with internal departments, and healthcare providers. They will manage insurance coverage inquiries, resolve service problems, handle customer requests, and finalize policies.
